• Provide world‑class customer service and inbound phone sales to prospective customers
• Answer questions regarding pest control services and build rapport with customers
• Close pest control sales via telephone and schedule initial service appointments
• Manage customer relationships to ensure best‑in‑class service while identifying cross‑selling and up‑selling opportunities
• Utilize gamification methods to measure performance and enhance engagement

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 2 years of telesales experience with a proven track record of hitting sales quotas
• At least 2 years of cold‑calling and/or telemarketing experience
• Ability to make 200+ phone calls per day
• Proficient in using multiple computer systems while communicating with customers

• Highly proficient math skills
• Excellent negotiation skills and interpersonal communication abilities
• Comfortable working in a high‑volume sales environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
