• Manage an average of 30 inbound calls daily, focusing on quality customer interactions and effective sales execution
• Provide insurance recommendations, quotes, and issue policies
• Utilize active listening and critical thinking skills to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
• Complete daily assignments and training activities to meet success standards in the program
• Adhere to the employer's employment policies and procedures regarding attendance and professionalism

• Minimum of 2 years of recent sales experience with strong negotiation skills
• Sales experience in Insurance, Retail, or Banking highly preferred; inbound sales experience is a plus
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while handling 30-40 inbound calls daily
• Capability to maintain all necessary state licenses and manage prior carrier relationships
• Strong independent and team-working abilities, with a distraction-free work environment essential

• Bilingual Spanish-English skillset is a plus
• Experience in customer-facing roles that require full attention
