  • Pay Transparency:
    The starting salary for a Sales Representative is between $25.31 per hour/$51,000 annually and $34.24 per hour/$69,000 annually.
  • Sign‑On Bonuses: $1,500 for active Personal Lines Insurance license holders.
  • Evening Shift Differentials:
    Earn a +10% pay differential for eligible shifts.
  • Hybrid role:
    Training 100% in-office; post training 4 days a week in office and work from home 1 day a week.

Sales associates are also eligible to participate in a performance‑driven incentive compensation plan in which top performers can earn up to $60,000 annually.

What We’re Looking For
  • Minimum Requirements:
  • High School Diploma (or equivalent) and at least 2 years of customer‑facing work experience, OR
  • Associate’s Degree and at least 1 year of customer‑facing work experience, OR
  • Bachelor’s Degree and at least 3 months of customer‑facing experience
  • Skills:
    • A passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences to build trust, retain customers, and drive policy sales.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Problem‑solving ability and adaptability in a fast‑paced environment.
    • Enthusiasm for learning and applying new skills.
    • Computer proficiency, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
