Our Sales Representative, Inbound Remote position is available for candidates based in the state of Texas. Applicants must reside within Texas to be considered. All insurance representatives must hold a Property & Casualty Insurance license; if you do not have one, paid training includes licensing.
From day one you will begin paid training in a remote work environment. Training extends over 16 weeks for licensed hires and 18 weeks for unlicensed hires.
Must be available to work a schedule of 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day with a mid-morning start time (e.g., 11 am‑8 pm CST). This schedule can be expected for a minimum of 12 months before consideration for another shift.
All computer equipment is provided. You must maintain a professional workspace with wired high‑speed internet.
No cold calls, all incoming warm leads. Opportunities for rewards and recognition.
What You’ll DoAs an Inside Sales Representative at Liberty Mutual, you’ll handle inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with customers on their insurance needs and matching the correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert leads into policyholders.
You’ll have the tools, training, and support you need to succeed from day one.
Benefits & CompensationStarting base salary is $45K with opportunity for growth.
Average earnings range from $55K‑$75K through a combination of base salary and commissions.
Top performers in their second year and onward can earn up to $85K+.

Qualifications- 2‑3 years sales experience preferred; 2 years of sales/service‑related work experience required.
- Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills needed to close sales.
- Ability to communicate well to both prospects and customers.
- Excellent analytical, decision‑making and organizational skills.
- Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency.
- Property and Casualty Insurance License required; training will be provided if not currently held.
