Successful candidates typically demonstrate:

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

• Self‑motivation and a goal‑oriented mindset

• Comfort using digital tools and working in a remote environment

• Strong problem‑solving and critical‑thinking skills

• Customer service or sales experience (helpful but not required)

Candidates must also be eligible to obtain a Life Insurance License. Training and licensing support are provided.
