• Manage business relationships with assigned customer accounts in Louisiana, Mississippi, and Alabama
• Develop strategic and tactical account plans to optimize net sales and contract performance
• Communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders to address customer educational needs
• Negotiate contract terms and pricing with customers to enhance business relationships
• Conduct regular performance reviews and business strategy discussions with key customers

• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS/BSN)
• Minimum of 3 years of Managed Care experience in an account executive/leader role
• Demonstrated business acumen with experience in Marketing, Sales, or Managed Care
• Strong negotiation and strategic planning skills
• Ability to travel within the assigned geography

• Experience working in cross-functional teams
• Consultative selling skills with clinical and scientific knowledge
• Proven ability to establish relationships at multiple organizational levels
