Summary
The Sales and Service Specialist manages the sales support process for an assigned region and line of business.
Duties and Responsibilities- Generates and analyzes weekly/monthly sales reports; summarizes sales performance against goals.
- Acts as liaison with sales staff to determine support needs, communicate effective sales practices, create sales call kits, and communicate sales initiatives.
- Coordinates with marketing representatives to support sales campaigns, with customer lists, market data, marketing materials and campaign information.
- Administers incentive plans for the line of business within the region, providing plan interpretation, reporting, incentive calculation, and monitoring compliance with plan guidelines.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's Degree
- 1+ year of related experience
- Competent with technology, such as Excel, Salesforce, Microsoft, Visio, and Adobe.
- Self‑starter, with the ability to work independently and drive results.
- Sales, Content Development, or Marketing background.
- Confident presenting to all levels and running meetings/training sessions.
- Superior communication and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated project management skills.
Exempt Status: Yes (not eligible for overtime pay) / No (eligible for overtime pay)
