• Build and document partner overviews, education, and training to enhance sales tactics
• Manage and maintain the Fin Tech database for internal access to partner information
• Assist wholesalers and firms in utilizing Fin Tech solutions to improve sales processes
• Collaborate with partners to onboard and enhance relationships with Fin Tech providers
• Create educational materials and present at internal and external engagements

• Undergraduate degree in business administration or a related field preferred
• FINRA Series 6 and Series 63 licenses are required at the time of application
• Minimum of four years of sales or business development experience, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry
• Solid understanding of sales practices and Fin Tech platforms
• Ability to communicate effectively and form relationships with stakeholders

• Advanced designations such as CFP, CLU, or ChFC
• Experience presenting to executive leadership
• Strong skills in problem-solving and directing others
• Familiarity with insurance and financial services products
• Proven track record of driving results in sales environments
