• Provide world-class customer service and inbound phone sales to customers
• Answer questions from prospective customers regarding services
• Build rapport and handle objections within a conversational call flow
• Close pest control sales via telephone and schedule initial services
• Manage customer relationships to ensure best-in-class service while identifying cross‑selling and up‑selling opportunities

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2+ years of telesales experience with a proven track record of hitting sales quotas
• 2+ years of cold‑calling and/or telemarketing experience
• Must be able to make 200+ phone calls per day
• High level of PC knowledge to navigate multiple systems while speaking with customers

• Highly proficient math skills
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Comfortable working in a high‑volume role
