Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies for the Western United States to achieve market share growth and maximize sales revenue
  • Support channel partners and distributors in optimizing their focus to align with strategic business objectives
  • Provide regular performance updates and revisions to sales and marketing strategies
  • Maintain an opportunity funnel and forecast for business and project sales in the assigned region
  • Train local sales personnel on products and assist with objection handling and selling strategies
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a relevant technical field
  • Minimum 7 years of experience, including at least 3 years as a regional sales manager with increasing responsibility
  • Willingness to travel 50%
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and database applications
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. and access export-controlled information
Preferred Qualifications
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving sales goals
  • Experience with power, testing, or instrumentation-related products
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
