- Answer questions regarding services and manage customer relationships effectively
- Close pest control sales via telephone and schedule initial service appointments
- Utilize gamification methods to measure performance and enhance engagement
- Support field offices during peak seasons, identifying opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 2 years of telesales experience with a proven track record of meeting sales quotas
- Minimum of 2 years of cold-calling and/or telemarketing experience
- Ability to make 200+ phone calls per day
- High level of PC knowledge to navigate multiple systems while assisting customers
- Highly proficient math skills
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working in a high-volume role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
