Manager, Remote Sales Support

• Proactively identify and contact demand generators in the market to secure new group and local accounts
• Respond to all incoming sales inquiries and manage the RFP process
• Maintain ongoing communication with current clients to strengthen relationships and loyalty
• Assist in creating marketing collateral to promote hotel offerings and ensure property pages are optimized
• Train on-site teams to support hotel sales efforts

• Minimum of 2-5 years of sales experience in a mid-scale hotel
• Strong project, organizational, and time management skills
• Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience with Sales and Revenue Management Tools (e.g., )

• Strong Casino/Resort experience
• Multi-property experience
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
• Strong relationship management skills
