• Provide world-class customer service and inbound phone sales to prospective customers
• Answer questions regarding pest control services and handle objections effectively
• Close sales over the phone and schedule initial services for customers
• Manage customer relationships to ensure high-quality service while identifying cross-selling and up-selling opportunities
• Make over 200 phone calls per day to support sales efforts

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 2 years of telesales experience with a proven track record of meeting sales quotas
• At least 2 years of experience in cold-calling and/or telemarketing
• High level of PC knowledge for navigating multiple systems during calls
• Must have a home workspace that is free of distractions and meets internet speed requirements

• Highly proficient math skills
• Excellent negotiation and interpersonal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Comfortable working in a high-volume sales environment
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
