Overview
What the day will look like
- Meet Online Benefits Technology APAC sales targets, owning and driving the sales pipeline for our online benefits technology platform and solutioning across APAC and key markets.
- Lead end-to-end sales processes from lead qualification through to deal closure, including solution demos, proposals, pricing, and contracting.
- Own the client experience from sales through to implementation, ensuring proposed solutions align with client needs and are deliverable within our capabilities. Collaborating with product, delivery and consulting teams at a local, regional and global level to manage client expectations and deliver a successful onboarding experience.
- Actively engage in client and prospect market outreach activity ranging from conversations to events, developing awareness and promoting Aon s online benefits proposition across APAC.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies in partnership with marketing, product, and consulting teams actively measuring the success of associated activity.
- Build relationships with HR, Total Rewards, and Procurement stakeholders to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with local market and regional sales teams and colleagues to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing client portfolios.
- Track sales performance and pipeline through CRM systems and provide accurate forecasts and insights.
- Maintain deep knowledge of the digital benefits landscape, client challenges, and competitor offerings.
- Represent the business at key industry events, client forums, and demos/webinars
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Online Benefits Technology Sales lead to drive new business growth and client acquisition for our digital benefits technology and broking solutions. This role is central to our strategy of transforming the employee benefits experience through innovative technology solutions. You will lead sales efforts across new and existing client segments, working with regional and local teams to identify opportunities, shape client conversations, and close deals.
Skillsand experience that will lead to success
- Proven track record in B2B sales, ideally in benefits technology, HR tech, SaaS, or digital health platforms.
- Strong understanding of the employee benefits ecosystem, including benefits administration, communication, or engagement tools.
- Ability to navigate complex sales cycles and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and influence cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and virtual selling platforms.
- Experience selling into APAC markets or global multinationals.
- Understanding of benefit brokerage and consulting ecosystems.
