What We’re Looking For- Proven sales track record.
- Strong capabilities to develop and maintain customer relationships.
- Entrepreneurial, with a proactive and strategic approach to developing your customer base.
- Target referrals from realtors, builders, financial planners, and other centers of influence.
- Participate in targeted sales training and build sales skills and credit knowledge.
- Co‑work with your Sales Manager, making joint sales calls and conducting monthly coaching sessions.
- Utilise the sales management system designed for our sales channel to enable your success.
