Our client, a dynamic company in the shopfitting industry, is seeking a motivated and results‑driven Regional Sales Manager to join their team. This is a remote position, offering the opportunity to work with a diverse and talented team while driving the company's expansion efforts.

Our client is a leading Germany‑based developer and manufacturer of LED lighting systems, specializing in point‑of‑sale and shopfitting. They offer complete solutions, including consulting, planning and implementation – in particular shelf and display lighting as well as LED graphic frames logos and letters. They combine technical expertise, creativity and team spirit to create modern solutions for retail, brands and sales spaces.
All with the aim of making brands visible at the POS.
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities through targeted outreach, networking, and relationship‑building activities.
- Find and appoint active and dedicated distributors who are willing to stock and sell high quality LED products.
- Develop, manage and train a distribution network to ensure the brand is being proposed at every opportunity, and the distributors’ personnel have full technical capabilities and are constantly up to speed on the latest information.
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets across the market region.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals that meet client needs and objectives.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote brand awareness and generate leads.
- Track and report on sales performance, pipeline activity, and market trends to senior management.
- Maintain relationships with all clients to ensure continuous sales activity and Day‑2 support, to be delivered through the distribution channel.
This role is for an allocation of 25% of your time, equivalent to 40 hours per month.

- A minimum of 3 years of B2B sales experience in the lighting industry.
- Fearlessness in pursuit of opportunities.
- Wide network of relevant and active contacts.
- Native French speaker required, but must be able to communicate to our client in either English or German.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self‑motivated and driven to succeed.
- Must have the ability and willingness to travel without restrictions.
- Must have driving license and own vehicle.
- Must have own communication tools, laptop and mobile phone.
