Location: Mackay

We are seeking a commercially strong, relationship-driven Site Account Manager to manage and grow strategic, top-tier mining customer accounts across the ASEA Service Business Line.

This role is the primary FLS representative at nominated customer sites, responsible for protecting installed base revenue while driving growth across parts, consumables, field service, rebuilds, upgrades, digital solutions and technical offerings.

Key Responsibilities Account Ownership & Relationship Management
  • Act as the single commercial point of contact for all Service Business Line activities at site
  • Build, maintain and strengthen long‑term relationships with site leadership, maintenance, planning and procurement teams
  • Champion the Voice of the Customer internally to ensure alignment across sales, contracts and operations
  • Lead regular customer meetings, performance reviews and informal engagement sessions
  • Ensure responsiveness and coordination of quotes, orders, technical information and commercial discussions
Strategic Account Development
  • Develop detailed site‑specific account plans aligned to customer production targets and lifecycle needs
  • Identify short‑, medium‑ and long‑term growth opportunities across the installed base
  • Monitor competitor activity and proactively position FLS solutions
  • Increase market share through targeted campaigns, rebuild strategies and upgrade pathways
Sales Execution & Deal Management
  • Lead the full sales cycle from opportunity identification through to order intake
  • Prepare and deliver high‑quality proposals, RFP responses and value‑based presentations
  • Negotiate commercial terms in line with company guidelines
  • Drive order conversion and ensure timely follow‑up of all opportunities
Financial & Performance Accountability
  • Own revenue, order intake, margin and profitability for nominated accounts
  • Manage pipeline development and forecasting accuracy
  • Deliver against annual budget and maximise profitable volume
  • Maintain accurate CRM records including win/loss analysis and activity tracking
  • Provide regular performance updates to Regional Sales Lead and internal stakeholders
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with CRRs, GBLMs, Contract Managers and Service teams to ensure seamless execution
  • Coordinate internally to resolve customer disputes, delivery delays or technical challenges
  • Support forecasting discussions with customer planning teams
  • Contribute to regional strategy discussions and continuous improvement initiatives
What You Bring
  • Experience in mining or mineral processing environments
  • Background in site‑based account management, technical sales or service sales
  • Strong commercial acumen with proven ability to deliver revenue targets
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work autonomously in a customer‑facing role while navigating a matrix organisation
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
