What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Manage and grow a defined territory by developing new business and expanding relationships with existing collision repair customers
  • Prospect, qualify, and build a sales pipeline; plan daily/weekly activities to meet territory and individual goals
  • Conduct customer meetings, product demonstrations, and presentations to communicate value and address customer needs
  • Negotiate and close new business while providing consultative services and tracking customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support implementation and ongoing account needs
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college is a plus
  • 3–5 years of experience in automotive, collision repair, or a related field environment; field sales experience preferred
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Strong consultative selling and customer relationship management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and comfort working in CRM and other business systems
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Previous experience selling solutions from industry-related companies such as CCC, Autdatex, AsTech, Repairify, or Autel
  • Ability to reframe challenges and navigate objections with professionalism and confidence
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid driver's license and ability to successfully complete a motor vehicle record (MVR) check
