Inside Sales Agent - Remote

• Qualify and quote prospects, selling memberships and personal lines insurance products
• Follow up with members and insureds while prospecting for new business
• Inspect related documentation and resolve membership and insurance issues with discretion
• Identify cross-selling opportunities while managing multiple tasks
• Work some evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

• Must be able to attend in-person training in Independence, OH
• Must reside in Ohio or Pennsylvania
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Computer experience and good organizational skills
• High school diploma required; college degree is a plus

• Sales experience highly preferred
• Prior insurance industry experience is a plus
• Self‑motivated with a competitive sales drive to exceed monthly goals
