Job Summary
Thrive Payroll is expanding our sales team and seeking experienced B2B sales professionals who want unlimited income potential and long-term residual commissions.
This is a 1099 independent contractor role offering high upfront commissions plus recurring monthly commissions for up to 5 years on every new customer you bring in.
If you have a strong network of business relationships and enjoy closing deals, this opportunity allows you to leverage your existing contacts while building a long-term income stream.
This role can be performed remotely, as outside sales, or a combination of both.

Responsibilities- Prospect and connect with businesses needing payroll services
- Leverage existing relationships and professional networks
- Present Thrive Payroll solutions to business owners
- Close new client agreements
- Build long-term relationships with clients and referral partners
We are looking for someone who:
- Has B2B sales experience
- Has an existing network of business contacts
- Is self-motivated and entrepreneurial
- Is comfortable prospecting and closing business
- Wants uncapped commission income
- Payroll sales
- HR services or business services sales
- SaaS sales
- Selling to small and mid-sized businesses
- Relationships with accountants, bookkeepers, or business consultants
- Proven B2B sales experience
