• Engage merchants through high‑volume outbound calls to drive early payments adoption
• Educate customers on payment platform features to facilitate online payments
• Conduct activation conversations to enable merchants to process payments immediately
• Follow up with merchants to troubleshoot issues and ensure timely processing of payments
• Guide new users through their first live transaction from initiation to deposit confirmation

• 1‑2 years of experience in business‑to‑business sales, business development, or customer success
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Strong organizational skills and detail‑oriented mindset
• Excellent interpersonal and telephone sales skills
• Ability to multitask and execute tasks with precision

• Previous experience in payment processing or API‑related roles
• Experience using a consultative approach in customer service
