Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role as a Sales Specialist based in Minneapolis, MN, with the flexibility to work from home as needed. The Sales Specialist will focus on driving revenue growth by identifying, engaging, and building relationships with potential clients for Brick AI new product rollout. Key responsibilities include delivering excellent customer service, educating potential clients on benefits of Bricks AI product, and providing product training.

You will collaborating with the sales team to meet business objectives. The role involves developing strategies to optimize sales performance and identifying new opportunities to expand the client base.

Qualifications
  • Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to build and maintain client relationships effectively
  • Demonstrated expertise in Sales and Sales Management to drive revenue and manage client accounts
  • Experience in Training to guide clients or team members on product and service offerings
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently in a hybrid work environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required
  • Familiarity with digital marketing, artifical intelligence, or advertising industries is a plus
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales software is advantageous
