- Lead and manage the sales process within the U.S. to achieve revenue and margin targets in the Commercial & Industrial Bus Duct market
- Cultivate and expand relationships with key Industrial, EPC, and Commercial energy customers
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop technical solutions and proposals that meet customer requirements
- Drive sales pipeline development through active prospecting and qualification of new opportunities
Maintain market awareness and provide accurate forecasting and strategic input during business reviews
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field preferred; equivalent outside sales experience accepted
- Minimum of 5 years of technical/commercial outside sales experience in the electrical infrastructure industry
- Proven experience working with Industrial power generation and management, pump manufacturers, and renewable energy developers
- Strong consultative sales skills and ability to lead long sales cycles
- Proficient in Salesforce CRM or similar sales tools and systems
- Experience in leading and aligning performance of independent manufacturer representative agencies
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, including verbal and presentation abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities
- Previous experience in the modular building or integrated solutions sector
