Position: Inbound Sales Advisor - Fully Remote in Texas - April 13th start

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Receive inbound calls and respond to chats from prospects
  • Make outbound follow-up calls to qualified leads
  • Sell memberships and related products through phone and chat channels
  • Understand and fulfill prospect needs with appropriate solutions
  • Track and document all customer interactions, leads, and outcomes
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Established success in sales and customer service
  • Required to pass and maintain a Producer Property and Casualty License; paid training provided
  • Proven competence in utilizing various computer applications
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • High level of professionalism, attention to detail, and confidentiality
