- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed production goals.
- Cultivate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to prospective and existing clients on insurance coverage options.
- Analyze client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions tailored to their specific requirements.
- Manage the sales process from initial contact through policy issuance and renewal.
- Foster strong, long‑term relationships with clients by delivering exceptional service and support.
- Stay informed about market trends, new products, and competitive information.
- Active Maryland Property & Casualty Insurance License (preferred but not required).
- Minimum 6 months of experience in insurance sales or a related client-facing role.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using agency management systems or CRM software.
- A proactive and results-oriented approach to sales.
- Familiarity with insurance products and industry best practices.
