• Receive and respond to inbound calls and chats from prospects
• Make outbound follow-up calls to qualified leads and sell memberships
• Understand and fulfill the needs of prospects by offering tailored solutions
• Maintain expert knowledge of the product suite and process orders efficiently
• Track and document all customer interactions, leads, and outcomes

• Established success in sales and customer service with strong relationship-building skills
• Required to pass and maintain a Producer Property and Casualty License; paid training provided
• Proven competence in phone and chat-based sales or service roles
• Excellent interpersonal skills with strong written and verbal communication abilities
• High level of professionalism, attention to detail, and confidentiality

• Familiarity with Integrity Selling and Asking Formula principles
• Experience in utilizing various computer applications and navigating multiple systems
