What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Manage client relationships and service existing corporate accounts while focusing on account growth and new business acquisition
  • Collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager and sales team to build and implement territory and account plans
  • Identify, qualify, and convert potential new accounts into profitable sales
  • Promote the employer in the market through participation in trade shows, networking events, and social platforms
  • Communicate regularly with internal and external stakeholders to ensure exceptional client experiences
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Post‑secondary Diploma with a Major in Business or equivalent, preferably with an emphasis in Marketing/Sales Management
  • Minimum 3 years of direct B2B sales experience
  • Proven track record in sales with a customer‑centric focus
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and deliver sales presentations
  • Willingness to travel (50%) within the region for meetings and events
