• Manage an average of 30+ inbound calls daily, focusing on quality customer interactions and sales execution
• Provide insurance recommendations, quotes, and issue policies to customers
• Utilize active listening and critical thinking skills to identify and address customer needs
• Complete daily assignments and training activities to achieve established performance standards
• Adhere to employer's policies and procedures, maintaining professionalism in the workplace

• Minimum of 2+ years of recent sales experience, preferably in Insurance, Retail, or Banking
• Ability to handle 30-40 inbound calls per day in a fast-paced environment
• Strong independent work ethic and ability to collaborate within a team
• Capability to maintain all necessary state licenses and manage prior carrier relationships
• High-speed broadband internet service with specified upload/download speeds

• Experience in inbound sales is a plus
• Bilingual Spanish-English skills are advantageous
