• Preferred sales experience in Insurance, Retail, or Banking; inbound sales experience is a plus
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment, handling 30-40 inbound calls per day
• Strong ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High‑speed broadband internet service with specific upload/download speed requirements

• Bilingual Spanish‑English skillset is a plus
• Experience in customer‑facing roles requiring full attention in a distraction‑free environment
