• Manage an average of 30 inbound calls daily, focusing on quality customer interactions and sales execution
• Provide insurance recommendations, quotes, and issue policies
• Utilize active listening and critical thinking skills to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
• Complete daily assignments, including reading materials, online courses, role plays, and exams
• Adhere to the employer's employment policies and procedures, including attendance and professionalism in the workplace

• Minimum of 2 years of recent sales experience with comfort in negotiating and overcoming objections
• Sales experience in Insurance, Retail, or Banking is highly preferred; inbound sales experience is a plus
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, handling 30-40 inbound calls daily
• Capability to maintain all state licenses and manage prior carrier relationships as applicable
• Strong ability to work independently and as part of a team in a distraction-free environment

• Bilingual Spanish-English skillset is a plus
