• Manage an average of 30+ inbound calls daily, focusing on quality customer interactions and effective sales execution
• Provide insurance recommendations, quotes, and issue policies based on customer needs
• Utilize active listening and critical thinking skills to analyze and understand customer requests
• Complete daily assignments, including online courses, role plays, exams, and other activities to meet program success standards
• Adhere to employer's employment policies and procedures, including attendance and professionalism

• Minimum of 2 years of recent sales experience with a focus on negotiating and overcoming objections
• Preferred sales experience in insurance, retail, banking, or inbound sales
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment, managing an average of 30‑40 inbound calls per day
• Strong capability to work both independently and as part of a team
• High‑speed broadband internet service with specific minimum upload/download speeds

• Bilingual Spanish‑English skillset is a plus
