• Manage an average of 30 plus inbound calls per day, focusing on quality customer interactions and sales execution
• Provide insurance recommendations, quotes, and issue policies to customers

• Complete daily assignments and training activities to meet established success standards
• Adhere to employer's policies and maintain professionalism in the workplace

• Minimum of 2 years of recent sales experience, preferably in Insurance, Retail, or Banking
• Ability to handle 30-40 inbound calls per day in a fast-paced environment
• Capability to maintain state licenses and manage carrier relationships as necessary
• Strong independent and team-based work skills
• High-speed broadband internet service with specified minimum speeds and hard-wired connection

• Inbound sales experience is a plus
• Bilingual Spanish-English skillset is advantageous
