• Complete daily assignments and training activities to achieve established performance standards
• Adhere to the employer's policies and procedures regarding attendance and professionalism

• Minimum of 2 years of recent sales experience, preferably in insurance, retail, or banking
• Ability to handle an average of 30-40 inbound calls per day in a fast‑paced environment
• Capability to maintain all state licenses and terminate prior carrier relationships as applicable
• Strong ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• High‑speed broadband internet service with specific upload/download speed requirements

• Bilingual Spanish-English skillset
• Experience in inbound sales preferred
• Comfort with negotiating and overcoming objections
