• Minimum of 2 years of recent sales experience, preferably in Insurance, Retail, or Banking
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle an average of 30-40 inbound calls per day
• Capability to maintain all necessary state licenses and manage prior carrier relationships as required
• Strong independent and team-oriented work skills
• High-speed broadband internet service with specified upload/download speeds

• Sales experience in insurance or inbound sales is highly preferred
• Bilingual Spanish-English skillset is a plus
• Comfort with negotiating and overcoming objections
