• Manage an average of 30 inbound calls per day, focusing on quality customer interactions and sales execution
• Provide insurance recommendations, quotes, and issue policies
• Utilize active listening and critical thinking skills to analyze customer requests and provide appropriate solutions
• Complete daily assignments, including reading materials, online courses, and exams to achieve program success standards
• Adhere to the employer's employment policies and procedures, maintaining professionalism in the workplace

• Minimum of 2+ years of recent sales experience with strong negotiation skills
• Sales experience in Insurance, Retail, or Banking is highly preferred; inbound sales experience is a plus
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment while handling an average of 30-40 inbound calls per day
• Capability to maintain all state licenses and manage prior carrier relationships as applicable
• Strong ability to work independently and as part of a team in a distraction‑free environment
