• Utilize active listening and critical thinking skills to assess customer needs and deliver appropriate solutions
• Complete daily assignments and training activities to meet established performance standards
• Adhere to company policies and maintain professionalism in the workplace

• Minimum of 2 years of recent sales experience, preferably in Insurance, Retail, or Banking
• Proven ability to negotiate and overcome objections in a sales environment
• Capacity to thrive in a fast‑paced setting while handling a high volume of inbound calls
• Strong independent work ethic and ability to collaborate effectively within a team
• High‑speed broadband internet service meeting specified requirements for a remote work setup

• Experience in inbound sales preferred
• Bilingual Spanish‑English skillset is advantageous
• Familiarity with insurance industry practices and products
