What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Connect directly with growers to develop and enhance sales of strategic Nutrien SEED partners in the assigned territory
  • Maintain and grow SEED sales while collaborating with Division Leadership on business plans
  • Communicate with Nutrien retail stores to ensure alignment and maximize seed sales
  • Provide high‑level customer service and act as a trusted advisor using digital tools
  • Achieve and exceed defined sales targets across the territory
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor's degree in agriculture, business, or a closely related field preferred; a 2‑year degree will be considered with adequate experience in SEED sales
  • Minimum of 2+ years' experience in sales or marketing management in a SEED role
  • Proven track record of strong sales ability and success
  • Outstanding communication skills and the ability to influence at all organizational levels
  • Digital proficiency to support Seed Advisor and other digital experience tools
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience working directly with farmers and a passion for seed sales
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
  • Ability to work effectively with other groups to achieve common goals
