• Manage an average of 30 inbound calls per day, focusing on quality customer interactions and sales execution
• Provide insurance recommendations, quotes, and issue policies based on customer needs

• Complete daily assignments, including reading materials, online courses, and exams to meet program success standards
• Adhere to company policies and maintain professionalism in the workplace

• Minimum of 2 years of recent sales experience, preferably in Insurance, Retail, or Banking
• Proven comfort with negotiating and overcoming objections in a sales environment
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment, handling 30-40 inbound calls daily
• Capability to maintain all state licenses and manage prior carrier relationships as necessary
• Strong ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team

• Experience in inbound sales is a plus
• Bilingual (Spanish-English) skillset is advantageous
• Demonstrated ability to work in a distraction-free environment
