Position: Territory Sales Manager, C&I Sales (CT,MA,RI,VT,NH,ME)

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Manage and nurture existing customer relationships while developing new connections in the assigned territory
  • Grow sales in accordance with assigned sales targets through various customer interactions
  • Conduct customer job site visits to support sales and service activities
  • Prepare and deliver product presentations to contractors, architects, and engineers
  • Create detailed job site visit reports and coordinate with field services for warranty and customer service needs
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent sales/industry experience
  • At least 5 years of experience in direct sales of construction or architectural products
  • Proficiency in reading construction drawings and specifications
  • Computer proficiency including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Must possess creditworthiness and a major credit card with a sufficient limit for travel expenses
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Demonstrated aptitude in lieu of experience in reading construction drawings and specifications
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Experience in business intelligence and strategy development
  • Ability to function effectively in high-stress environments
  • Familiarity with the construction industry and architectural products
