• Manage an average of 30 plus inbound calls per day, focusing on quality customer interactions and sales execution
• Provide insurance recommendations, quotes, and issue policies
• Utilize active listening and critical thinking skills to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
• Complete daily assignments and training activities to achieve established success standards
• Adhere to the employer's employment policies and maintain professionalism in the workplace

• Minimum of 2 years of recent sales experience, especially in negotiating and overcoming objections
• Sales experience in insurance, retail, or banking is highly preferred; inbound sales experience is a plus
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment, handling 30-40 inbound calls daily
• Strong capability to work independently and as part of a team
• High-speed broadband internet service with specific upload/download speed requirements

• Bilingual Spanish-English skillset is a plus
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role
