- Complete daily assignments, including reading materials, online courses, role plays, and exams to meet success standards
- Adhere to the employer's employment policies and procedures, maintaining professionalism in the workplace
- Minimum of 2 years of recent sales experience, with a strong focus on negotiating and overcoming objections
- Sales experience in insurance, retail, or banking is highly preferred; inbound sales experience is a plus
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast‑paced environment, managing a high volume of inbound calls
- Capability to maintain all state licenses and manage prior carrier relationships as necessary
- Strong ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Bilingual Spanish‑English skillset is a plus
- Experience in customer‑facing roles requiring focus and a distraction‑free environment
