AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Our Business Development Specialist will be entrusted with a host of vital responsibilities. Here’s what your role at Reputation Rhino might look like:
- Appointment Confirmation: Schedule and confirm appointments with potential clients.
- Follow‑up on Missed Appointments: Engage with clients to reschedule and understand missed opportunities.
- Inbound Sales Calls: Handle and qualify inbound calls, taking charge of lower‑level sales, and escalating complex situations to specialists.
- Cold Outreach: Conduct cold outreach to individuals and businesses identified as potential clients.
- Qualify Leads: Identify, evaluate, and prioritize leads, setting the stage for the sales team.
- Track and Record
Activities:
Utilize our CRM system to keep detailed records of all interactions and outreach. - Collaborate with Sales Team: Work closely with sales specialists and managers to align strategies and maximize results.
