The Opportunity
We are looking for experienced Business Development Representatives to join our high-growth team. We partner with some of the most innovative B2B tech companies globally, helping them scale through strategic outreach and qualified lead generation.

What You’ll BringWe aren’t looking for scripts; we’re looking for specialists who know how to build genuine interest in complex products.
- Experience: 2+ years of dedicated experience in cold calling and outbound sales.
- Industry Knowledge: A solid background in the B2B Tech or SaaS sectors.
- The Tech Stack: Proficiency with tools like Apollo, Lusha, Cognism, or Zoom Info, and experience using Hub Spot or Salesforce.
- Communication: Professional-level English with the ability to navigate complex objections and build rapport quickly over the phone and Linked In.
- Execution: A proven track record of managing your own lead generation and multi-channel outreach.
This is a remote-first role designed for self-starters who want to work with international markets while based in South Africa. You’ll be part of a team that values high standards, clear communication, and consistent results.
