The Role

We are looking for a smart, dynamic, and self‑motivated professional to join our team in Indonesia. As an Inside Sales Executive, you will be the engine of our sales pipeline, taking a proactive approach to building and chasing accounts to schedule qualified meetings for the sales team. This is a Work from Home (Remote) role that requires a blend of traditional grit (cold calling) and modern tech-savviness (AI and Linked In).

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Building & Research:
    Take ownership of building a high-quality target account list through deep market research and persistent, creative outreach.
  • Proactive Account Penetration:
    Engage key decision-makers within the Indonesian retail landscape to generate interest.
  • Meeting Generation:
    Focus on scheduling highly qualified meetings for the sales team.
  • Multi-Channel Outreach:
    Generate, cold call, and qualify leads via phone, email, and Linked In.
  • AI-Powered Sales:
    Leverage AI tools for lead research, personalized content generation, and optimizing outreach timing to increase conversion rates.
  • Strategic Support:
    Provide consistent support to the sales team to ensure a smooth transition from lead to opportunity.
  • CRM Management:
    Maintain and up-keep the CRM system with high data integrity to track account progress.
Skills & Experience
  • Education:

    Diploma or Degree holder.
  • Experience:

    Must have 1–2 years of inside sales experience, specifically within a SaaS software company.
  • Language Proficiency:
    Must be fluent in Bahasa Indonesia with excellent phone etiquette and storytelling skills. Superior written and verbal English is also required.
  • Modern Sales Toolkit:
    Proficient in MS Office, Linked In Sales Navigator, and AI productivity tools.
  • Data Savvy:
    Proven ability in data building and lead research to identify market opportunities.
  • Tenacity: A self-driven approach with a passion for creating value and an innovative mindset.

Location:

Remote / Work From Home (Indonesia).

Work Hours:

Standard business hours, Monday to Friday.
