Responsibilities
Reports to General Manager, PULS Singapore, SEA HQ.
Proactively make sales visits and generate orders.
Build and maintain good relationships with key customers.
Responsible for achieving sales targets and meeting management objectives.
Develop sales strategies and tactical sales plans to penetrate new markets.
Develop, execute and maintain PULS marketing activities to increase brand awareness and preference.
Generate new leads/contact leading to new account creation.
Interface with PULS Singapore HQ for supporting field sales as well as distribution partners.
Ensure that customers are up to date with updated product offerings.
Self-organized and structured to follow up on all aspects of work.
Coordinate weekly field sales activities and reports.
Perform any assigned duties by immediate supervisor and management team.
Skills & ExperienceDiploma / Degree qualification in Electrical / Electronics, or equivalent qualification.
Minimum 10 years relevant field sales experience, ideally in Industrial Automation and/or Power Supplies fields.
A team leader with good interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Possess valid driving license and own vehicle.
Travel within Indonesia may be required.
Indonesian & preferably based in Jakarta.
