• Provide world‑class customer service and inbound phone sales to prospective customers
• Answer questions regarding pest control services and build rapport with potential clients
• Close sales via telephone and schedule initial service appointments
• Manage customer relationships to ensure high‑quality service and identify cross‑selling/up‑selling opportunities
• Utilize gamification methods to measure performance and enhance engagement

• High School diploma or GED
• Minimum of 2 years of telesales experience with a proven track record of meeting sales quotas
• At least 2 years of cold‑calling and/or telemarketing experience
• Ability to make 200+ phone calls per day
• High level of PC knowledge to navigate multiple systems while communicating with customers

• Strong negotiation skills and excellent interpersonal communication abilities
• Highly proficient math skills
• Comfortable working in a high-volume sales environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
