What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Lead and manage the sales process for Industrial Medium Voltage Bus Duct Systems across the U.S.
  • Cultivate relationships with key Industrial, EPC, and Commercial energy customers to drive sales
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop technical solutions and proposals that meet customer needs
  • Actively prospect and qualify new sales opportunities while enhancing existing customer relationships
  • Provide accurate sales forecasting and contribute to strategic business planning sessions
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field preferred, or equivalent outside sales experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of technical/commercial outside sales experience in the electrical infrastructure industry
  • Proven experience with Industrial power generation and management, pump manufacturers, and renewable energy developers
  • Strong consultative sales acumen with the ability to lead long sales cycles
  • Proficient in Salesforce CRM or similar sales tools and systems

  • Experience in leading and aligning performance with rep agencies
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills in various formats
