- Lead and manage the sales process for Industrial Medium Voltage Bus Duct Systems across the U.S.
- Cultivate relationships with key Industrial, EPC, and Commercial energy customers
- Partner with independent manufacturer representatives to align sales strategies with company objectives
- Develop and deliver customer presentations and proposals that showcase the value proposition
- Maintain market awareness and provide accurate sales forecasting and strategic planning contributions
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field preferred, with equivalent outside sales experience accepted
- Minimum of 5 years of technical/commercial outside sales experience in the electrical infrastructure industry
- Proven experience with Industrial power generation, pump manufacturers, EPCs, or renewable energy developers
- Strong consultative sales skills and ability to manage long sales cycles
- Proficiency in Salesforce CRM or similar sales tools
- Experience in selling LV/MV equipment, MCCs, bus systems, and integrated solutions
- Demonstrated ability to lead and align rep agency performance
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
