What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Lead and manage the sales process for Industrial Medium Voltage Bus Duct Systems across the U.S.
  • Cultivate relationships with key Industrial, EPC, and Commercial energy customers
  • Partner with independent manufacturer representatives to align sales strategies with company objectives
  • Develop and deliver customer presentations and proposals that showcase the value proposition
  • Maintain market awareness and provide accurate sales forecasting and strategic planning contributions
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field preferred, with equivalent outside sales experience accepted
  • Minimum of 5 years of technical/commercial outside sales experience in the electrical infrastructure industry
  • Proven experience with Industrial power generation, pump manufacturers, EPCs, or renewable energy developers
  • Strong consultative sales skills and ability to manage long sales cycles
  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM or similar sales tools
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience in selling LV/MV equipment, MCCs, bus systems, and integrated solutions
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and align rep agency performance
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
