- Lead and manage the sales process for Industrial Medium Voltage Bus Duct Systems across the U.S.
- Cultivate and expand relationships with key Industrial, EPC, and Commercial energy customers
- Collaborate with internal teams to align commercial strategies with execution capabilities
- Drive sales pipeline development through prospecting and qualifying new opportunities
- Deliver compelling customer-facing presentations that highlight the value proposition of the employer's solutions
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field preferred, or equivalent outside sales experience
- Minimum of 5 years of technical/commercial outside sales experience in the electrical infrastructure industry
- Proven experience working with Industrial power generation and management, pump manufacturers, or renewable energy developers
- Strong consultative sales acumen and ability to lead long sales cycles
- Proficiency in Salesforce CRM or similar sales tools and systems
- Experience with LV/MV equipment, MCCs, bus systems, or modular buildings
- Strong leadership and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities
- Experience in aligning rep agency performance with company objectives
