What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Lead and manage the sales process for Industrial Medium Voltage Bus Duct Systems across the U.S.
  • Cultivate and expand relationships with key Industrial, EPC, and Commercial energy customers
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align commercial strategies with execution capabilities
  • Drive sales pipeline development through prospecting and qualifying new opportunities
  • Deliver compelling customer-facing presentations that highlight the value proposition of the employer's solutions
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field preferred, or equivalent outside sales experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of technical/commercial outside sales experience in the electrical infrastructure industry
  • Proven experience working with Industrial power generation and management, pump manufacturers, or renewable energy developers
  • Strong consultative sales acumen and ability to lead long sales cycles
  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM or similar sales tools and systems
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience with LV/MV equipment, MCCs, bus systems, or modular buildings
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities
  • Experience in aligning rep agency performance with company objectives
