- Lead and manage the sales process across the U.S. to achieve revenue and margin targets within the Commercial & Industrial Bus Duct market.
- Cultivate and expand relationships with key Industrial, EPC, and Commercial energy customers.
- Collaborate with independent manufacturer rep agencies to ensure alignment with company objectives and performance expectations.
- Drive sales pipeline development through active prospecting and qualifying new business opportunities.
- Develop and deliver compelling presentations and proposals that articulate the company's value proposition and technical advantages.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred, with equivalent outside sales experience accepted.
- Minimum of 5 years of technical/commercial outside sales experience in the electrical infrastructure industry.
- Proven experience with Industrial power generation, management, and renewable energy developers.
- Strong consultative sales acumen and ability to manage long sales cycles with multiple partners.
- Proficient in Salesforce CRM or similar sales tools and systems.
- Experience working with LV/MV equipment, MCCs, bus systems, or integrated solutions.
- Demonstrated leadership in aligning rep agency performance and partnerships.
- Strong organizational and communication skills – verbal, written, and presentation.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
- Willingness to travel for customer engagement and support regional initiatives.
